Form 990
The Form 990 provides the public with financial information about a given organization, and is often the only source of such information. It is also used by government agencies to prevent organizations from abusing their tax-exempt status. Take a look at the Fort Wayne Dance Collective’s 990 form here. Wellness Resources
- FWDC offers mat-based Pilates. For equipment Pilates or higher skill levels, check out Pure Movement Pilates Studio, located just blocks from FWDC.
- If yoga is your bag, FWDC offers Iyengar yoga. Fort Wayne has a wide range of other disciplines. For a wider range, try PranaYoga School, or Lotus Yoga.
Dance Resources
- FWDC does not currently sell dance shoes and dance apparel. We buy ours from Standing Ovation Performance Apparel.
- Our touring company holds dozens of performances a year booked through Young Audiences of Indiana. Visit them for other performance opportunities.
Access Fort Wayne Schedule
FWDC programs air on the first and third Saturday at 9 p.m. on Access Fort Wayne, our local public access television station. You can tune in on Channel 57 (Comcast) or Channel 27 (Frontier Media).
