Anyone may rent studio space. Studios may also be used to host classes, celebrations, workshops, meetings, film videos, and more!
Studio Dimensions
Tyler Studio – 32’8″ x 35’1″
Elliot Studio – 35’2″ x 54’6″
A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required by a party who rents the studios. It must be for a combined single limit of liability for bodily injury and property damage in the amount of $1 million, listing Arts United as the additional insured. This certificate must be provided to Arts United 14 days prior to the rental.
Rates are as follows:
$15 per hour during staff office hours or for recurring rentals (contact us for scheduling times)
$35 per hour outside of staff office hours
Marley dance floor rental is $35 per roll per day
