David Fenstermacher is an experienced leader with a dynamic career spanning business development, customer experience, leadership training, and organizational strategy. Over two decades at Tempus Technologies, he played a pivotal role in growing the company from a small startup to a thriving business with hundreds of employees. Currently serving as Director of Leadership and Development, David focuses on fostering workplace culture, employee training, and strategic growth.

Beyond his corporate career, David is deeply committed to community engagement, having served in leadership roles on various nonprofit boards, including Good Shepherd United Methodist Church and Come2Go Ministries. His passion for the arts, leadership development, and community-building aligns with the mission of Fort Wayne Dance Collective. David brings his expertise in governance, mentorship, and strategic planning to support the organization’s continued success and impact in the community.
