Elena Roeth is a Risk Advisor at Insurance Management Group, where she specializes in commercial insurance coverage and risk management. In her role, she partners with businesses to identify exposures, develop strategic risk solutions, and protect long-term organizational success. Elena brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to her work, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of business operations.
Beyond her professional career, Elena is deeply committed to community involvement throughout Fort Wayne. She has volunteered with a variety of nonprofit organizations and previously served on the board of Girls on the Run of Northeast Indiana, supporting youth development and empowerment initiatives.
A lifelong advocate for the arts, Elena grew up in Fort Wayne immersed in dance and continues to teach both children and adults. Her passion for creative expression and community connection aligns closely with the mission of Fort Wayne Dance Collective. As a board member, Elena brings her expertise in risk management, community engagement, and strategic thinking to help further the organization’s impact and accessibility in the region.
