Ruth Fearnow, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with over a decade of experience in trauma-informed therapy. She is the developer of Therapeutic Mindfulness, an approach that integrates mindfulness practices with self-compassion to support clients working through painful thoughts and emotions. Ruth holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling and began her private practice in Fort Wayne in 2018, after working in agency settings and a 24/7 dual-diagnosis treatment center. She is the author of Therapeutic Mindfulness (2023), which has earned national recognition, including the National Indie Excellence® Award and the Next Generation Indie Book Award in the self-help category. In addition to her clinical work, Ruth offers workshops, speaks publicly, and shares tools for healing through her website and blog.
Price: $10 per lecture or $35 for full series.
