Collective Expressions is an annual contemporary dance performance featuring original works by the compelling choreographic voices of FWDC’s professional Company and the Pineapple Dance Project, FWDC’s youth company.
2025’s Collective Expressions will be a collaboration with Fort Wayne’s new Art & Awakening Center. The show is a creative journey through the universe’s rhythms, where movement mirrors unseen forces: retrogrades that pull us backward, eclipses casting transformative shadows, and zodiacs weaving narratives of destiny. Through these celestial currents and expressive motion, we discover our shared connection in the universal dance.
