David Fenstermacher is an accomplished leader with over three decades of experience driving organizational growth and innovation across diverse industries. As Director of Leadership and Development at Tempus Technologies, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from six employees to a robust organization with 480 employees and $71 million in revenue, while fostering a culture of performance excellence and employee development. David’s expertise spans customer support, IT management, production operations, and marketing, with notable contributions to companies such as HCL Technologies, Marty Sculpture, and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream. A dedicated community leader, he has served as board president for Come2Go Ministries and as a lay leader for Good Shepherd United Methodist Church. David holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Fine Arts from Taylor University, blending his analytical and creative strengths to inspire growth and success.
