Tammy Gaff is a dedicated advocate for mental wellness, community connection, and the transformative power of the arts. As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, Tammy has spent her career supporting individuals through their healing journeys, with a special focus on the mind-body connection. She believes deeply in the role that movement—especially dance—can play in emotional expression, trauma recovery, and holistic wellbeing.

Her passion for the community and her belief in accessible healing spaces led her to the Fort Wayne Dance Collective, where she proudly serves as a board member. Tammy is inspired by the organization’s commitment to inclusivity, creativity, and using the arts to bring people together. She often integrates dance and movement concepts into her therapeutic work and champions FWDC’s mission to make dance a tool of connection, empowerment, and mental health support for all ages and backgrounds.

Tammy’s career and community work are grounded in the belief that when people move together, they heal together. She is honored to support the Fort Wayne Dance Collective in building a stronger, healthier, and more unified community—one dance at a time.

A lifelong advocate for the arts, Elena grew up in Fort Wayne immersed in dance and continues to teach both children and adults. Her passion for creative expression and community connection aligns closely with the mission of Fort Wayne Dance Collective. As a board member, Elena brings her expertise in risk management, community engagement, and strategic thinking to help further the organization’s impact and accessibility in the region.
