Tammy Gaff is a dedicated advocate for mental wellness, community connection, and the transformative power of the arts. As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, Tammy has spent her career supporting individuals through their healing journeys, with a special focus on the mind-body connection. She believes deeply in the role that movement—especially dance—can play in emotional expression, trauma recovery, and holistic wellbeing.
Her passion for the community and her belief in accessible healing spaces led her to the Fort Wayne Dance Collective, where she proudly serves as a board member. Tammy is inspired by the organization’s commitment to inclusivity, creativity, and using the arts to bring people together. She often integrates dance and movement concepts into her therapeutic work and champions FWDC’s mission to make dance a tool of connection, empowerment, and mental health support for all ages and backgrounds.
Tammy’s career and community work are grounded in the belief that when people move together, they heal together. She is honored to support the Fort Wayne Dance Collective in building a stronger, healthier, and more unified community—one dance at a time.
