Will Ridenour is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in tax preparation, compliance, and process optimization. As Tax Manager at Fort Wayne Metals, he oversees the tax department, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Previously, Will advanced through various roles at FORVIS LLP, a top 10 public accounting firm, where he prepared and reviewed tax returns for businesses, nonprofits, and individuals, coordinated compliance efforts with partners, and served as a software “champion” to improve firm-wide operational efficiencies.
A graduate of Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management, Will holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, earning high academic distinction. Dedicated to giving back, he has volunteered with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and engaged in alumni mentorship through Purdue’s management programs. Will’s expertise, combined with his commitment to teamwork and client relations, reflects his passion for fostering organizational success and community impact.
