This class is based on the internationally acclaimed, research-based dance class, Dance for PD®. It is is designed for anyone who is challenged by mobility and has a desire to become more in tune with their movement. Simple combinations and relaxation exercises will increase your energy level and self-image.
Exploring Movement – Teens & Adults

This class encourages an exploration of dance through movement that is accessible for people with diverse abilities. Students will gain confidence by expressing themselves through the art form of dance and will explore genres such as contemporary and modern. This class offers whole-body stretches and exercises that refine motor skills.
