T’ai Chi – This Chinese movement form improves balance, focus, coordination, and relaxation. This class is 60 movements Yang style.

Dance for PD – This class is designed for anyone who is challenged by mobility and has a desire to become more in tune with their movement. Simple combinations and relaxation exercises will increase your energy level and self-image.
