Feldenkrais: Awareness Through Movement – In Feldenkrais classes, people engage in precisely structured movement explorations that involve thinking, sensing, moving and imagining. The lessons consist of comfortable, easy movements that gradually evolve into movements of greater range and complexity. Students move with greater ease, have less pain and develop healthy movement habits.
Exploring Movement – This class encourages an exploration of dance through movement that is accessible for people with diverse abilities. Students will gain confidence by expressing themselves through the art form of dance and will explore genres such as contemporary and modern. This class offers whole-body stretches and exercises that refine motor skills.
