Marc R. Levy is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career spanning over four decades in nonprofit leadership, community development, and organizational transformation. He was the Executive Director of the Questa Education Foundation, and Marc has spearheaded initiatives to increase access to post-secondary education and talent retention in Northeast Indiana, positioning the organization as a national best-practice model.

Previously, Marc held leadership roles with multiple United Ways across the country, raising over $200 million and earning national recognition for innovative campaigns and community impact programs. Notable achievements include launching the Cradle to Career initiative, leading the Community Relief Fund during the economic downturn, and pioneering efforts in diversity and inclusion. With a background in economic and community development, Marc has a proven ability to build coalitions, align resources, and foster collaborations to achieve measurable, lasting results.

Marc holds advanced degrees in Social Work and Community Planning and has contributed to academia as a faculty member at institutions such as the University of Michigan and Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. Actively engaged in community service, he serves on numerous boards, including the Better Business Bureau and the Jewish Federation, and participates in initiatives addressing key regional issues. His visionary leadership continues to drive transformative change in education and community development.
